Upon entering the complex,
we have some paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with
general information about yourself, your condition and past history.
There is also insurance paperwork for specialty cases.
Once the paperwork has been
completed, you will review a brief DVD about our complex and our
specialties. Next you will have a consultation with one of our complex
doctors, who will perform a comprehensive discussion about
your health-related problems, and concerns. Based on the results, your
doctor will recommend an individualized healthcare program which
includes a discussion of our natural holistic approach to your present
state of ill-health. We will introduce you to our cutting-edge True
Wellness Program, a powerful and systemized approach to balancing your
body's inborn healing capabilities. This eye-opening review will reveal
how many aspects of your health are inter-related, and will provide a
framework on which to build your action plan for taking control of your
health now and into your future.
Our Nerve-Express is a
non-invasive, fully automated computer-based system designed for

Your specific condition may require us to take
digital x-rays in developing the most effective True Wellness Program
for you.
Your specific condition will require us to
perform a non-invasive method of analyzing the body to determine the
actual root causes of health conditions. This will enable us to
determine the exact patient nutritional deficiency or imbalance so it
can be corrected. This will assist us in developing the most
effective health care plan for you so the root cause of imbalance can be corrected.
Our
specialized testing will allow you to gain a new perspective as to the
benefits of these tests and your specific condition. The latest technology

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies,
a full assessment with one or more of our doctors on staff will be performed,
if necessary a patient will be provided with emergency treatment during this same visit
if this is determine by the doctor. This may include spinal adjustments,
oriental medicine, nutritional response guidance, physical therapies, and/or soft tissue therapies.
Prior to leaving, patients will be given
instructions on certain activities or procedures to be conducted at home
for their special condition. This may include nutritional advice,
rehabilitation instructions, avoidance of certain activities or
positions.
You will be given a convenient
appointment time for your follow-up visit. Patients are seen within 1-2
days and are provided with a complete review of their assessment
during the Report of Findings.
Health care options for your condition will also be discussed in detail
during this time.
The doctors and staff have
dedicated themselves to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are on call
and will make house calls to our patients or their family members at anytime throughout the day or
