To increase your life as a healthier individual.
- Getting 6-8 hours of sleep at sunset. Our human
body was created to sleep for a beneficial factor, so it could
repair, rebuild, and maintain a healthy state. To sleep during the
sunset hours is most advantageous for our health. To sleep 6-8 hours
most individuals will receive the 2 hours of deep sleep that is
truly needed by our human body for the positive effects that have
been stated. It is also
extremely important to have a power nap in your mid day to assist
your body. (This is a brief 15 to 30 minutes time to rest and clear
your mind) By giving all parts of the body adequate rest, it helps
regenerate and rejuvenate the cells to help it perform better.
- Develop a relationship with your Maker. Give
yourself time each day, maybe upon rising or before retiring for the
evening. This time is more valuable than anything you can imagine
for a better understanding upon your life and your love ones. This
will give you a refreshing overall feeling of well being by being in
touch with your maker.
- Exercise. This has been shown to not only increase
the quality of life, but also prevent health conditions such as
obesity, diabetes, and heart disease and many more. The mortality
rates in obese people are higher than those who are thinly built and
who are in good shape. Give yourself time to exercise each day such
as a short walk, bicycle ride, swim, and their are many more ways
you can assist your body in this fashion.
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the
day and this gives all the energy that is required for the start of
the new day. Placing the foods and fluids that your body can build a
excellent foundation on is of extreme importance. Your lunch
should be your largest meal of the day with a light evening
meal. Begin to know what your day is and what it can be.
- Water is an essential for all forms of life.
Remember to place clean, pure H2O within your body daily. A simple
rule of thumb is to use your weight to assist in the measurement by
dividing it in half and consuming that amount in water.
- Relationships are another beautiful part of your
long healthy life. Learn to share quality time with a love one or
your family members who you can grow with for the rest of your
wonderful life. Communication is an essential in bonding together.
